SANWA Co., LTD is a real estate developer headquartered in Osaka, Japan. Our members bring extensive experience and a proven investment track record to a careful, disciplined investment process, with a single aim: to maximise the interests of our clients.
Drawing on the global network we have built across a wide range of fields, we provide investment consulting, investment strategy, planning and design, sales agency and asset management services, together with the investment opportunities that come with them.
We are not an advisory firm alone. We acquire, hold and operate real estate with our own capital. Because we have absorbed market movements on our own balance sheet, the guidance we offer our clients is grounded in practice rather than theory.

From real estate investment and development to hotel and vacation-rental operation, brokerage and consulting, we operate five business lines as a comprehensive developer.

Real estate investment
We invest in income-producing property across a wide range of asset types: housing, rental apartments, retail and office buildings, hotels, ryokan and vacation rentals. From selection through renovation, value enhancement and management, we handle each stage in-house to draw out a property's full potential.

Real estate development
We handle the full cycle from land acquisition through development to sale. By analysing the location and characteristics of each site and planning a product suited to it, we work to maximise land value.

Hotel & vacation rental development
We own and operate our own accommodation brands, the SUMU HOUSE and MUKAI series. Built around the concept of "living and enjoying", we handle everything from land acquisition to development and sale, and also undertake renovation and conversion of existing buildings into hotels, ryokan, apartment hotels and vacation rentals.

Hotel & vacation rental management
Operation is handled by our group company, SANWA Hotel Management Co., Ltd. Alongside our own properties, it undertakes entrusted operation and management for external owners. Having both the developer and the operator within the group lets us build operational realities into a project from the planning stage.

Brokerage & consulting
We serve both individual and corporate clients, providing consultation, brokerage, investment, operation and management through a single point of contact — so the information needed for a decision arrives in one place.
